Very interesting but it is a pity that your article once again takes up the list of riads which, at one point, were highlighted on Instagram and which since then have come back again and again without anyone bothering to check if these establishments are really worth it... If Riad El Fenn indeed deserves its reputation - I love it -, others, which I will not name, clearly do not deserve to appear in any "top 10".
There are many wonderful establishments in Marrakech, some of which strive to remain discreet, preferring to concentrate on the quality of services rather than on communication. These are the ones you have to find, because these are the real pearls of the city. A good example comes to mind: Riad Monceau.
Despite its 20 years of age, it appears in very few publications, by the will of its owners, but if you dig a little you will discover that it is one of the best rated places, and this in all discretion, and it is not by chance. Basically it is one of the most beautiful Arab-Andalusian palaces in Marrakech. Then, it is not only a wonderful boutique hotel, but it is also an exceptional restaurant (Le Bistro Arabe), the most highly rated rooftop in the city (La Pergola), and a unique jazz club in Morocco... Suffice to say that the place offers its guests a unique experience of its kind. But, once again, in all discretion. And there are a few places like this, each unique in its own way, and no one talks about them.
Too bad.
